If you ordered voucher - you can find it by using "Find Voucher" form here - Voucher Find Form , just use email that you filled during order.

If you ordered UDID registration or developer certificate - you can check status and download certificates here - Order Status Checker - just enter UDID of device that you filled during order.

Please note that if you don't see any orders, you may had typo during order, please create support ticket in this case and our support agents will help you as soon as possible.
